Traditional local, nice flagstones & fireplaces, not a friendly welcome but worth a visit for the interior & beer. There is a formal beer garden that doesn't match the interior but worth a visit

Enjoyed our visit to this 2018 Good Beer Guide pub yesterday. Lovely big wood burning fireplace and a warren of rooms to explore. Good choice of cask ales and ciders. Ales from Timothy Taylor, Purple Moose, Wye Valley, Tiny Rebel, Salopian and Otter. Our Tiny Rebel CWTCH and Taylor's Golden Best were fine.

17th century village local just behind the much larger and more modern pub on the main road , the pub is a fabulous example of a country pub , a proper rabbit warren of a place , all flagstone floors , low beams and inglenook fireplace with lots of nooks and crannies .
Six real ales from an ecclectic mix of Tim Taylor , Purple Moose , Wye Valley and Theakstons plus half a dozen local ciders and perries .
Cracking little pub well worth a visit

Once again Royal Mail post codes are very misleading. This pub is closer to Bromyard than Worcester! This pub is set back from the road through the village,(behind The Chase).
