Carters is a sports pub that has screens throughout that were airing an AFCON match during a recent Monday evening visit. The U shaped bar counter has seating to the left, and the right where there is also a dartboard. A pool table can be found in the left rear and live music is advertised for the weekends. Standard and premium keg was available from the friendly barman. I’d revisit to watch football, but not at any other time.

The Carters Arms is a bare brick built pub and i really liked the look of this pub.
There is a small seating area at the front if you like watching traffic go by,once inside the pub was quite nice and seemed like a proper pub.
When i went in this pub it was a Wilsons tied house and there were two real ales on the bar i had a drink of Wilsons bitter and this was a nice drink the other beer was Wilsons mild.
I quite liked this pub.
