Steve C left this review about The Lord Byron

The Lord Byron has a seating area with banquettes and a log fireplace to the right served by the front of the L-shaped bar on the right-hand wall. Both hand pumps were badged with Robinson’s Unicorn and standard keg was also available alongside Madri. The left side of the bar counter serves a central walkway and three seating areas along the left that have been knocked through at some point. The front room houses a pool table and the rear two seating. Behind the bar in the right rear is a dartboard, but this area was lights out. The service was polite and there was a good atmosphere, especially for a Monday evening.

Alan Winfield left this review about The Lord Byron

The Lord Byron is a back street pub that is on a steep hill and close to the town centre.
This pub is a Robinsons tied house and there were a couple of rooms i went in the bar which was a decent enough room, there was only one real ale on here this was Robinsons bitter and this was a very nice drink.
