Rex Rattus left this review about The Victoria

This pub has a small entrance to the left of the Mirth, Marvel & Maud, with the actual bar upstairs on the first floor. It's a drinkers' bar by the look of it. There's no decor or anything worth looking at as far as I could see. The bar counter runs along the left hand side of the room, with banquette seating and standard along the right next to the window. A stage on the right, with sound equipment on it, suggests live entertainment although I didn't spot an advertisement for it.

They had a real ale on when I visited - GK London Glory I think. No sign of food any food or menus late afternoon on a Wednesday.

This is a straightforward no nonsense bar. Any other pub in Walthamstow would be a better bet if it's good real ale you're after.

The Victoria has a narrow frontage.
Once inside you have to go up a flight of steps, the room is quite large and oblong shaped and runs above the shops below, the seating is bench type to the right and normal tables and chairs to the left, the room is carpeted and looked fairly smart, there is a pool table to the right, the TV was Showing rugby.
To my surprise there was an handpump on the bar with Doom Bar on,this was a Decent enough drink.
This seemed like a decent enough pub that was comfortable.
