Graham Coombs left this review about The Coach House

Set back above the road, this pub-restaurant is mainly notable for 'hot-stone' cooking, where your steak or whatever is served on a hot stone and cooks in front of you. The interior has been knocked through into one room but in separate areas, including a suntrap glazed area in the front. Furnished in a fairly modern style, but with odd traces of stonework round the edges. The small children's corner has a video screen. Has a couple of handpumps serving local beers, but at time of visit only one on and not in the best of condition. A fair number of tables at the front provide the outside area. Visit for the steak but not much else. Formerly the Coach House Hotel.

David Ross left this review about Old Coach House Inn

Now just called the "Coach House," this is currently closed for refurbishment. With tradesmen hard at work on the interior, however, and the pub sign still above the front windows, it should be re-opening later in the year.
