A modernish Waddies close to the MoD’s Lyneham training facility which I presume it was built to serve it. Two rooms within, all cask is located in the right-hand side main bar. Four of Wadworth’s own, the Horizon was slightly pump tired but decent (NBSS 2.5), served-up by an energetic and engaging Welsh landlord who enquired after the quality of my cask. The inside was bit gloomy on a dull grey afternoon but it was busy and with a good atmosphere, not bad going given the location - plenty of others nearby would be almost empty. Better than expected.
