Martin Bentley left this review about The Fleece Inn

Denise and Ray Keay are the new landlady/lord at the Fleece. The place was closed from mid January 2010 until 4th November 2010, and when the brewery decided to sell up it was in the lap of the gods as to what plans any new owner may have. Luckily a local business man who has bought a few pubs around West Yorkshire boought it. Denise and Ray moved in on 3rd September, and after being held in a queue of pubs which the workmen were working on for a few weeks the refurbishment finally got underway in the middle of October. The pub now has lovely new carpets and decor, big plasma screens showing football on Sky Sports, a pool table, and soon will have a snooker table. The Fleece has been pretty busy since it reopened on the evening of Friday 5th November, but last night Denise and Ray held their reopening party and it was packed out. Everyone had a fantastic time. Denise and Ray, have plenty more good plans for entertainment at the Fleece including a pool team in a local league, a weekly quiz, karaoke, singers and much more.
