Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The Mount Pleasant

Impressive Georgian house-like building so not sure whether it has always been a pub. However, it now has a public bar to the left of the entrance and more of a dining room to the right (plus a couple of booth-like spaces behind the fireplace at the far end). Background music. Also has a large beer garden to one side. Tribute, Butty Bach and the local Enville Ale (£3.60) available from the five handpumps on each counter.

Nice looking pub with plenty grounds around it. 3 beers on when I called - Enville ale, St Austell Tribute and Wye Valley Butty Bach. The 2 we tried were fine. All in all a good pub and well worth a visit.

Beer good pub clean tidy meals excellent. When we visited they had entertainment on seems to cater for youngsters and not the older customer bar staff all youngsters one who we were told was bar manager seemed very good at swearing. To be honest they should consider all age groups if they want to make it work. Some of the staff appear to only be there for the conversation. Just a shame the manager is not around much

An impressive detached Georgian looking pub and eatery, with a large beer garden. It is a square building in undressed brick that has been extended at the back, with a touch of green paintwork.

The interior has a central serving bar with the pub open plan all around it, however the more bar area is to the left when entering via the main front door and the food area is to the right. The decor is a mix of green, red and white walls, with some exposed brickwork and with a white ceiling. There is a mix of pictures on the walls, from bistro art in the dining bit to old photographs and old adverts in the bar area. There was also a TV here, which had the Villa on at my visit. The lounge has a nice brick fireplace with a wood burning stove. The is a small secluded area at the back of the lounge. Tere was no music. The service was fine and the clientele was mixed and it was quite busy. I didn't eat here so i can't comment on the food.

Beer; usual tap stuff with Banks's MILD and Banks's Bitter, St Austell Tribute, a decent Hobsons's Town Crier and Enville Ale on handpull.

A really nice pub, especially on a hot day with the grounds around it. It has a good selection of beer, which is well kept. Definitely worth a visit if around Wombourne.

Friendly pub, with comfortable bar. Loungs is mostly given over to food, which is good and reasonably priced. Cheerful staff and real ale make it well worth a visit.
