This pub is my favourite in Ipswich. The staff are friendly, there's a good range of drinks, and a great atmosphere about the place. It's just opposite the entrance to the Corn Exchange, and is a great place to stop off in town.

It's quite cosy inside, and the pub takes on a musical theme. If you're in the pub for an hour, you will probably embark on what I call The Swan World Tour, where you'll hear music from all over the globe within tens of minutes. There's good album art on display on some of the walls.

The pool table in the back room is decent to play on - 60p a go. There's a couple of machines in the front of the pub, but sadly no itbox any more.

A pint costs roughly a shade over £3.

I heartily recommend a visit.

Average town centre pub with one large bar and a back room with a pool table.Has four real ales on which apart from being far too cold were ok.
