Smaller than it looks , a lounge to the left as you enter and a small bar straight ahead , the lounge was dead but the bar had a few people in , i was soon engaged in the banter by a few old boys at the bar being made to feel welcome , the banter soon took in all the bar , very very friendly . The pub itself seems well looked after , only real complaint is the lack of real ale , only Tetley cask on , it was good for Tetley but Tetleys not that exciting , will visit again for the banter if not the beer
