Large rambling opened out pub. Plenty of tellies and 2 pool tables. 3 handpulls with only Hobgoblin Gold on. Average Marston's pub.

The Crown seems to be aimed at the younger crowd and it was busy on my visit. Hobgoblin Gold and Brakspear Gravity on offer. The Gravity was just about OK. We had a game of pool and I enjoyed my visit.

Alan Winfield left this review about The Crown

The Crown is a large pub that is situated on Bridgenorth's busy High Street.
Once inside there is a large L shaped room, the bar is to the rear left and down some steps the front area is carpeted and had some settees and normal tables and chairs, the rear area has bench seating and chairs and some tall tables and chairs, the rear right side is down two steps, there is a pool table in this area.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Banks's Mild, which was a decent drink, the other real ale was Ringwood Old Thumper.
There was quiet background music playing on our early Saturday dinner visit.
We thought this was a decent enough pub to have a drink in.

Soup Dragon left this review about The Crown

A small terraced Georgain styled main frontage with bay window and a rear patio

The small frontage hides the fact that this is a large open plan L-shaped pub and eatery, which, as the other commentators have said, is very much in the 'Spoons mode. It is Marstons. The decor is that modern mix of white, silver patterned wallpaper, wood panel and so forth. The serving bar is located and the corner of the L, so it can take a while to get there. The seating is a mix of high stools, sofas, comfy chairs and booths, with arty pictures and photos, mirrors and ads on their TV for booze parties. The music was mixed and at a decent level, the service was fine and the clientele were a Spoons style mix - with most eating as it is laid ot for food mainly.

Beer; tap stuff with Peroni and a choice of cocktails. There was Hobgoblin on handpull, but i only went in for a coffee to start the day and see what it was like.

A real ale fan wouldn't waste their time here, it isn't aimed at us to be fair. I am sure it is OK for it's target audience, but i won't be back.

Old Boots left this review about The Crown

Indeed a 'spoons-a-like but probably owned by Marstons judging by the Brakspears and Hobgoblin on the bar. Neither beer was on but the staff hadn't or couldn't be bothered to reverse the clips. A long thin pub with entrances onto High St and Whitburn St giving it an L shape, furnished with a mix of high tables and stools, booth like seating, modern armchairs and a fair amount of light wood, the toilets are upstairs. Curry night however is Tuesday not Thursday.

ROB Camra left this review about The Crown

Large L shaped drinking barn, a bit of a Wetherspoonalike with 2 meals for £5.99 etc, only it doesn't sell cask ale. Lounge area at the front, massive TV screen at the back. Watched the England vs Ukraine match here on Wednesday. Won't be going in again unless there's another big match on though as it's pretty poor really.
