Komakino . left this review about Saye & Sele Arms

This well-regarded food pub, named after a peerage title, is located on a bend of the busy B4035 which snakes through the small village of Broughton in north Oxfordshire. The bar faces you upon entrance, with the generous bar area flagstoned; a small carpeted dining area is situated to the left, with a larger dining area down a few steps to the left and which is screened from the bar, over which hang a large collection of porcelain jugs from the wooden ceiling beams. There were three ales on handpump - Doom Bar, Adnams Southwold Bitter and Elgood's Cambridge Bitter (disappointingly, no locAles). I had a half of the latter which was in good shape and enjoyed it whilst polite, yet old-school staff bustled about (a couple of old boys in short-sleeve shirts and ties) to the backdrop of middle of the road muzak. Definitely one for the foodies (and the opening hours echo this), but the beer garden is a decent suntrap on a warm day and there's no truck with drinkers as there can be at establishments such as this.
