This pub is now called the White Horse.
This pub used to be a Charles Wells tied house but they sold it off,the pub has a had a paint job outside and has been modernised inside.
Once inside there was a long oblong shaped room which ran to the rear of the pub,the bar was in the middle area of this room,the floor was bared boarded and there was a carpeted dining area to the rear left,the front area was down one step,the seating was mainly normal tables and chairs,we sat at a tall table which was made from an old door,it still had its door latch on it.
There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Taylor Landlord which was a nice drink,the other beer was Adnams bitter.
I quite liked this pub and could have happily spent more time here.
