The Red Herring started life in 1871 as the Derby Wine Stores its name was changed to the Derby Bar in 1972 then Red Herring in 1984. have attached a picture of the Derby Bar

Rather bizarre quiet back street pub, tucked away and like being in somebodies front room. Some maps on the wall, ship pictures, granny's arm chairs, a pool table, all rather weird.
3 real ales, not local, but kept vey well hence a mark up to 6.

A single bar typical street corner local which had 3 real ales on with the Lacon's Pale ale being in good form.
