Now open as The Cyclist. 5 handpulls for real ale, apparently.

This is a fairly typical smaller shop conversion Spoons. It consists of a roughly square single room with typical furniture and fittings. On the plus side the food clubs here are cheaper than average and they had a decent ale selection.
The ten hand pumps had the two GK beers, Peerless Tectonic doubled, Salopian Kashmir, Titanic Plum Porter, Beartown Urse Minor, Saltaire New World Red, Woods Shropshire Lass and Coach House Rabbits Punch. I went for the Tectonic (£2.65) which was excellent.
I thought this was a good Spoons.

A simple enough single roomed Wethers with by far the best beer selection in the vicinity. A longish room with the bar to your right as you enter.

Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about The John Masefield (JD Wetherspoon)

Unremarkable mid-size 'spoons in an unprepossessing arcade of shops. Small patio beer garden. Ten handpumps with a fair selection and unbeatable prices - my pint of Titanic Stout (£1.99) was as good as the 2011 GBG listing would suggest. (NB - Review dates from September 2011.)
