The Lighthouse looks like a more modern pub,but i may be wrong.
Once inside there is a large L shaped room with the bar to the right, the room is carpeted and has comfy bench seating and bucket chairs, the rear area is slightly raised.
The pub is a Greene King tied house, but there was a good choice of real ales on the bar,i had a drink of GK Purple Reign which was a very nice drink, the other beers noted were Old Speckled Hen,GK IPA,GK,GK IPA Gold and Springhead Roaring Meg.
Food was being served, but you can sit anywhere.
The pub was very busy on my late Saturday afternoon visit.

Good pub in the village. Open plan and L-shaped inside. Food is available and tables are usually cluttered with menus. Outside at the front is a paved beer garden. Its family friendly so noisy children can be in. Horses can sometimes be seen at the rear.
