Soup Dragon left this review about Victoria Inn

A detached, i assume, Victorian pub, eatery and B&B with patio and kid's play areas. The pub is in white painted brick, with black windows and keystones. 2 storeys, with a hipped roof, the upper floor has reclangular sash windows, the groung floor rounded ones, with a few bow windows and entrance porch. It looks tidy.

The interior has a couple of areas although it is technically open plan. The main room in an L-shape, bending around the bar. It is in a clay colour, as well as cream and wood panelled walls, with a white ceiling, grey cornice and a wood floor. It has comfy chairs and a small fireplace. They do food, but i didn't eat so i can't comment. There was a TV, with silent news on and the music was charty, but at a decent level. There is a kid's grabbing machine too. There is a side area which has games in. It is in a similar decor, with a carpet floor. It has a pool table, dart board and a punchbag machine. A few general prints are on the walls. The service was very friendly and a family of locals seemed to be in at my visit.

Beer; no real ale, or the usual keg drinks, but no MILD - had an OK Guinness.

Overall it was a friendly place, but lacks any kind of drink for my personal taste. Fine for families, food and has pub games.
