This pub is really (in my view) all about the food. The majority of the interior is dedicated to diners and the food is of an excellent quality.

On my last visit, they did have an ale that had been brewed especially for the pub. So they are interested in attracting drinkers - it's just that it has such a good reputation for food, that you tend to be crowded out by those wanting to eat.
