An insipid half of Box Steam Tunnel Vision was the only ale on of the four available pumps (three unclipped) at £1.75 a half. Another cube-shaped pub, this one located just off a busy crossroads, the clientele was not dissimilar to those at the nearby Midland. Horseshoe shaped internally with an L-shaped bar it looks as if it's had a spruce up recently and the flooring (a mix of laminate, faux flagstone and carpet), seating and half wooden panelling all looked newish. I applaud the effort, but a destination venue this ain't.
