It looks as though work has begun on the Fox and Hounds site to convert the former pub to a Morrisons Express store. I'm sure all of the small independent shops in Whaddon and Prestbury are "delighted" with the news!

I've just read that the tenants of The Fox and Hounds were struggling to make a profit, so for now the pub is shut. I've been there a number of times in the 1990's, it is quite a large pub, and since the refurbishment it really was a smart looking pub. Someone see it's potential please.

Very smart pub, both inside and out.Located on the busy Prestbury Road, car park and access for wheelchairs.
