Valentine's Day
Valentine's day is the time to really spoil a loved one, join us for a 6 course tasting menu on Friday 12th or Saturday 13th of February. Sip Chapagne in the bar then enjoy a beautiful meal from Westy and his team in the restaurant.
Amuse bouche
Scallop roe veloute, cerviche and spring vegetables
Starters
Poached salmon, mussels and cucumber
“An English Breakfast”
Lemon and Thyme roast Asparagus, hollandaise, parsley and hazelnut pesto, smoked salt

Fruis der mer; Monkfish in Parma ham on celeriac remoulade, scallop with pineapple salsa, tempura of red snapper with beetroot and chorizo butter
