About
The weekend weather is set to be glorious (fingers firmly crossed behind back) so we'll be setting up a BBQ on the terrace and have enlisted the skills of Simon Williams (a local Michelin trained chef).
Simon will light up at 1pm and serve the following all afternoon on Saturday and Sunday!
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+ Grilled chicken roll, pickled carrot and radish, sriracha mayo, peanuts and mint.
+ Spiced pork flatbread, roast fennel seed yoghurt, onions and cucumber.
+ Grilled aubergine flatbread, tahini, green tomatoes and walnut.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Simon Williams has been cooking professionally for 18 years. He’s
travelled extensively during this time working in restaurants, cooking for private clients, wandering up and down food markets and most importantly eating all the way around the world from London to New York, Spain to Brazil, China to Paraguay, Switzerland to Morocco… the list goes on!
