Spirit Soul Sundays at White Post Cafe. Please join Niki and Kaya for a soulful afternoon of sweet grooves by the canal in Hackney Wick. 3pm to 10pm, admission free. The venue is just a couple of minutes walk from Hackney Wick station and the Copper Box Arena on the edge of the Olympic Park. The White Post does cakes and toasties, there are loads of places to eat nearby in Hackney Wick or in Westfield Stratford City shopping centre. Refresh your soul!
