Join us for a masterclass in creating delicious spirit infusions led by our Head Barman, Shane Turner. If you’ve always wanted to know how to make your own basil infused gin, or to recreate that zesty Limoncello you sampled in Amalfi – then this is the workshop for you.
Shane will share his vast knowledge and passion for botanicals and then you’ll make your own tipple of choice with his guidance.
You can take what you make away to make a beautiful gift, or sample it with friends & family at cocktail hour. If it’s so good that it only lasts five minutes that’s OK – once you’ve completed this class, you’ll easily be able to continue the liqueur-making in the kitchen at home.
£45.00 per person (strictly over 18’s only) includes you own 75cl infused liquor to takeaway
