It's our favourite time of the year here at The Old Crown and the countdown to St. Patricks Day has officially begun. As St. Patricks Day falls on a friday this year we have decided to do it justice with a week long program of events!
So...in honour of our Patron Saint we will be celebrating the best from the Emerald Isle showcasing films, sport, music, food and not forgetting drink.
We will be releasing our program of events over the next few days so click attending to be the first to hear any updates.

Friday 17th March - The Old Crown #StPatricksWeek Festival fundraiser featuring The Father Teds and Lampa live. Help raise money for 2018's festival! | Donations on entry | 6PM - 12AM.
Friday 17th March - Gold Cup Day Live Coverage - gammon and colcannon served all day
Wednesday 15th March - #StPatricksWeek takeover Brum's independent 100 capacity cinema, The Mockingbird Cinema & Kitchen for a screening of 'The War of the Buttons.' Tickets include: entry to the film, half price food at The Old Crown, a bottle of beer/cider/wine and free popcorn.
Tuesday 14th March - Peaky Tours one-off special - ''Was there an Irish connection?" Tickets: www.tinyurl.com/irishpeakys
Monday 13th March - Jamesons Whiskey Tasting | Taste and trace four of Ireland's best known whiskeys with leading industry experts | Tickets: tinyurl.com/jamesonswhiskey
