Our Sunday Chef Tyrone is set to hang up his apron after the next two weeks. He's been serving you his famous Reggae Roast pretty much since The Lighthouse opened.
We wish him all the best for his future adventures and we'd all like to thank him for bringing his unique culinary vibes to The Lighthouse!
We'll all miss you and you'll continue to be part of the family!
He'll be back with the occasional guest Chef night, so keep an eye out.
So, be sure to book in for the last two Reggae Roast Sundays on either 22nd or 29th January.

Sun. 22nd Jan. - MOLLY'S LIPS
Featuring members of Cocos Lovers and The Hellfire Orchestra.
The duo from Deal have been haunting the local drinking holes of, honing their sound besides roaring fires, pints of ale and intrigued locals. Their set will include a mixture of engaging original songs and covers ranging from The Felice Brothers, Richard Thompson to seafaring shanties.
Sun. 29th Jan. - MAMBO JAMBO
This acoustic roots duo present a bit of a musical feast. They will take you on an enjoyable and intriguing musical journey, mixing sounds from around the world, folk and jazz, plus their own compositions. Their repertoire draws in a wide range of styles that might include bluegrass, Latin, Caribbean, New Orleans, Balkan and more. Blending all these influences they create an upbeat rhythmic and rootsy sound all of their own.
