We are delighted to be joined by Will Willis from Deakin Estate, our Australian wine supplier, in hosting a special meet the suppliers tasting evening. Our head chef has prepared a delicious winter warming, 2 course menu inspired by 'Hygge' (pronounced Hue-gah) the Danish concept of coziness created when enjoying good food, drinks and fireside times with dear friends and family. We will be serving up our 'Hygge' menu alongside the superb collection of Deakin Estate wines. Will Willis will be hosting the evening and talking us through each wine and why it has been chosen to compliment the menu for the evening.
