The Blue Bell, Warrington

The Blue Bell is an L shaped pub with seating to the right of the entrance and a bar that stretches up to the rear of the pub. There is also seating along the left hand wall of the pub. Standard draught products are available and the three hand pumps that I spotted were drawing Greene King’s IPA, Bombardier and Old Speckled Hen. Reasonably priced food was advertised, but as my visit was at 21:30 on Saturday night the kitchen was closed. There was a band set up just to the right of the entrance and the pub was very busy, but I didn’t have to wait very long to be served. I wouldn’t visit this pub again on a Saturday night as I’m not a fan of live music, but I would pop back in at a quieter time.
