The Egerton Arms, Chester

A white rendered corner terrace pub, with beer patio at back. The interior has two rooms, which are of stark contrast. The lounge room is modern, in olive and yellow, with arty pictures. The bar is in yellow and wood panel, traditional, wood floor, with pool, bagatelle and darts (if you move the bagatelle) and a little scruffy. There was Sky TV, the background music was a little loud, sevice was fine, clientele few. Beer; no real ale, but there is a MILD, Tetley - which is OK and why we stayed for a game of pool. We always pop in on account of the MILD, but if it wasnt there, nor would we be.

good pub if you like pop quizzes and karaoke.
