The Oak, Bickley, Bromley

The Oak is a decent looking pub that is situated close to a busy road junction,it is a good 10 minute walk to this pub from the middle of Bromley. Once inside there is an island bar to the front which serves on three sides,there are a few leather settees to the front right,bar stools are along the narrow bar area to the left,the rear area opens out and is square shaped,the seating here is leather bench seating and normal tables and chairs. There were two real ales on the bar,i had a drink of Woodfords Wherry which was a nice drink,the other beer was Doom Bar. Background music was playing and food is available but the pub does not seem to foody. This is a smart and pleasant pub to have a drink in. Pub visited 14/2/2015
