The Cornwall Project proudly presents a May bank holiday Ale and Lobster festival fundraiser for the Padstow Lobster Hatchery.

Taking place on the weekend of May 22 - 25 in the the kitchens of The Adam & Eve and The Three Crowns The Cornwall Project will be raising money to increase the juvenile survival rate of Lobsters in Cornish Waters.

Padstow Lobster Hatchery are world leaders in the studies of lobster habits, life span and breeding patterns and will use funds raised during the weekend to help them continue their research and keep Cornish fishermen fishing.

The Cornwall Project is the brainchild of master farmer Matt Chatfield who has been working closely with farms, fishermen and tradesmen to share the best produce available with the rest of the country.

We invite you to try some of the finest lobster available, a selection of the limited Cornish Ales and world class produce from The Modern Salad grower throughout the weekend.
