Biggish local in a sprawling village between Harrogate and Ripon. There are two very good pubs in the village, this is my prefered one. Three handpumps with well kept Tetley Bitter and Mild, although there are frequent guests. Multiple drinking areas... [more>] |

Archetypical village pub, with half timbered interior, horse brasses, whisky jugs and beer mugs hanging from the ceiling beams, and copper-topped tables in the lounge bar. A pool table sits in the less well appointed public bar at the back. Nicely ke... [more>] |
